Imaging : Week – 15

  • This was the final week , to show our work. This is the final review week .
  • This week their was no class , it was the final review week , which was held by an external faculity.
  • They looked after our work , and guided us on our work . and reviewed us . About how can we improve the book and what were the mistakes we made .
  • This is what have done in this class , this class was only for the final reviewing of the work.

Imaging : Week – 14

  • In this week , we have created our final model through degital media using the mockups.
  • In last class , as the class ended madam shared a link for the mockups , and shown us how to use them and create the digital book using the mockup , and also shared a youtube link which shown how to create a coffee table book.
  • Then by seeing that video we all created our coffee table book digitally . And presented it to madam in todays class . Madam gave us the corrections and after that our final model was created.

Imaging : Week -13

  • In this week , we have shown madam the prototype of our models .
  • In the last week , as we finialised the work , then madam told us to create the prototype of the book we gonna create , due to the lockdown and material issues , madam shared a link with us how to create a coffee table book . So by looking at the video we cretaed the prototype of the book and shown it to madam .
  • Due to online classes it was hard to communicate , but we completed our work successfully .
  • And we shown them our prototype for the final model.

Imaging : Week – 12

  • In this week , due to the coronavirus issues the college was closed and our online lectures started.
  • In this lecture , we shown madam the work which we have done on the coffee table book , and took suggestions from them , for the improvement and as they gave the suggestions we changed the work according .
  • Their was a discussion on everyones work , by shareing the screen and show the work .

Imaging : Week : 11

  • In this week, our new project started . The project was the Coffee table book . First madam gave us information about the coffee table book , what is it , how it looks , what is the quality and motive of the coffee table book .
  • Then madam told us to create our own Coffee table book , which was related to our history project .
  • As my topic in histroy project was ancient clothes , so madam told to create the coffee table book for that projects.
  • And then had decision with madam , and then started doing the work.

Imaging – Week:4

  • The detailed explanation regarding the layouts were given.
  • After that we were asked to create a layout by bringing few books from the library to understand the format of it and we were asked to create 3 types of layout from it , it was fun doing that.
  • The overall work was satisfying and on the other side madam was correcting the magazine pages which we made and was guiding us for the change in it and with that we were working and also correcting if told.
  • The learning of indesign was being interesting and I was enjoying doing that little. As we were done with our magazine pages and some were with doubts firstly that were solved after that work regarding the alignment and formation of it were told.
  • Then we were told about the layouts and portions.

Imaging – Week:3

  • In this class, we were told to create an magazine layout on our favourite filmstar. In A5 size and in two pages.
  • In that class we started making the layout for our favourite filmstars. Using different images and articles on them.
  • We were allowed to copy paste the articles from the internet.
  • Then as we decided on which filmstar we have to create the magazine layout we started gathering information about them that ew can put in the magazine.
  • First we studied how a magazine layout looks like how to create an attractive magazine layout. Then we started making the layouts.

Imaging – Week:2

  • In this class, we started using and learning the indesign software.
  • What is indesign software and were it is used. What is the main reason this software is used for we learned all this in this class.
  • Then madam taught us about the keys and tools in the indesign software. Which tool is used for which purpose and how to use that key/tool, was taught us by the madam.
  • They used each and every tool and showns us how the tool works.
  • After that they gave us one assignment on creating an Tour Leaflet of the city of our own, using the tools which they have taught us.

Imaging – Week:1

  • In the first class Vaibhav sir came and took our class. In that class they gave us some information about what is InDesign and where it is used.
  • Before discussing about InDesign , Sir asked some question about the illustrator software and the photoshop software. They reveised us both the softwares.
  • Then sir gave us one assignment to do in that class using the illustrator and photoshop softwares.

Imaging : Week-15

  • We need to show the final model of the zine on that day.
  • I was going to bunk the class that day but as I got to know my mates were also remaining with work that motivated me to enter class and complete my work.
  • I started illustrating the story board which I created and working on it.
  • By the end of the day I completed everything for the zine and showed digital work to sir and started making changes according to it. I was done with the zine by the end of the day.
  • I really enjoyed the process of working on the zines.
