Space And Materiality: Week-7

In this class we were completing our hand grip models madam were helping us in the completion of the hand grips.
Madam were clearing all the doughts regarding making of the hand grip models.
Under the madams guidance we completed our hand grip models.

In this class no class took place as it was an grading week madam saw all our works which we have done from the first week to till date and graded us based on our work.
After the grading was completed we were allowed to go home.

In this class we learned about the three point and the four point perspective.
In the first half we learned about the three point perspective, what is three point perspective, how to draw an three point perspective, etc.
After that we were given a task to draw 2 sketches of three point perspective on A3 size paper.
In the second half we learned about the four point perspective same as three point perspective . what is four point perspective, how to draw a four point perspective, etc.
And After that we were told to draw 2 sketches of four point perspective.

Today in the class we were told to complete and bring our hand grip models, so that it could be checked from madam as it is an grading week.
Madam called each and every student and looked of their hand grips and guided them on their models.
After the guidance we were told to draw the 3D, Elevation and front view of the model which is told by the madam.
We were told to measure the size of each part of the model and draw the model according to that measure.

As the class started their was an basic discussion about what will be done in class.
Then madam distributed the class into several groups with maximum 6 people in per group.
Then we were told to review each others essays based on ‘WHO AM I’.
Madam gave an marking criteria using that we were told to give marks to each other.
And after reviewing the essay we were told to submit it to our class CR.

In this class we started creating the 3d models of the abstracts we made in the last class using clay, card file , wire, aluminium sheet, etc.
In both the half we made the 3d models of the abstract we sketched and made changes if needed using different materials.

In this class we learned about the one point and the two point perspective.
In the first half we learned about the one point perspective, what is one point perspective, how to draw an one point perspective, etc.
After that we were given a task to draw 2 sketches of one point perspective on A3 size paper.
In the second half we learned about the two point perspective same as one point perspective . what is two point perspective, how to draw a two point perspective, etc.
And After that we were told to draw 2 sketches of two point perspective on the A3 size paper.

In todays class we learned about the photoshop.
We learned about different tools in photoshop, how the tools work in photoshop, which tool is used for which purpose.
After the demonstration of some tools sir told us to create a poster on photoshop using the tools we learned.
In both the class we were creating posters and using some tools which were not taught to see what they do to an image or photo.
SATURDAY:-
Their was an extra class on saturday due to holiday.
In this class, two sections were combined and the photoshop software learning was going on.
Sir taught us new things which we can do in photoshop.
After showing some new tricks we were told to create posters using them.

In this class madam explained us how to develop our metaphors 3d model which we have completed in our last class into a sculptor.
But before that madam told us to write an essay on our metaphors and show the concept of what we are going to make.
Then everyone started doing their work, the work continued till the second half, as the work was completed we were allowed to leave for the house.

As told in the last class we have to write an essay on “Who am I?” as the class started firstly their was the checking whose work is done whose work is not.
After that madam called the students individually and started checking their essays, and also giving advice for the changing in the essay.
After doing all the changes madam told us to upload the essay on the blogs.
